About Us:
Klingelsmith Construction, Inc. is a family operated company serving the Grand Traverse region since 1987. Walter Klingelsmith is the General Contractor & Licensed Builder, and he has been designing and building quality homes and small commercial buildings since 1974.

Current Developments:
In 1995 Klingelsmith Construction developed a site condominium development called Woodland Hills, on Wyatt Rd, in Garfield Township. This subdivision has homes designed & built by Klingelsmith Construction in the range of $290,000. to $400,000.

There currently are three remaining undeveloped lots in Woodland Hills subdivision (see Home Sites). Klingelsmith Construction is the exclusive builder in Woodland Hills.

Klingelsmith Construction also has two lots in Eagles View subdivision, in Garfield Township and Westfield Estates, Blair Township
